DigiElite Store sells digital products (Creator Clarity and Wedding OS). This policy covers both storefronts.

1. What we collect

When you buy a product on this store, we collect:

Contact details you provide at checkout: name, email address, phone number — needed to process your order and keep an order record.
Payment details: processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Usage data: this site uses Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the store and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect device/browser information.

2. Why we collect it

To process your order and deliver the digital products you purchased (download link shown on screen immediately after verified payment).
To keep order records for tax and accounting purposes.
To improve the store and measure which pages and offers work.
To comply with legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

3. Sharing

We share your data only where necessary: Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudflare (delivery infrastructure), Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

Order records are kept as needed for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your contact details from any marketing list at any time via support@digielite.store.

5. Your rights (India — DPDP Act, 2023)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time. Write to support@digielite.store.

6. Security

Payments run over Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Downloads are delivered over encrypted (HTTPS) connections through secure, time-limited links (30 minutes).

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
