These terms apply to every purchase on DigiElite Store, including Creator Clarity and Wedding OS. By buying, you agree to them.
All DigiElite Store products are digital products — downloadable workbooks, guides, templates, and files. There is no physical shipment. After successful payment and verification, your download link appears on screen immediately and stays valid for 30 minutes — download your files at once and keep the page open until they are saved.
Single-user, non-transferable license for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or post the files, in whole or in part.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), one-time, no subscription. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your payment credentials. A failed payment is not charged; if your bank shows a hold for a failed payment, it reverses automatically per your bank's timelines.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after payment. Because these are digital products delivered instantly and the files cannot be returned once downloaded, no refund is available for any reason, including change of mind or lack of use. Please review exactly what is included on the product page before buying.
If your download link does not appear after a successful payment, write to support@digielite.store with your payment ID and we will help you access your purchase. That help covers delivery problems only and is not a refund.
If your download link does not appear after payment, first check that the payment actually succeeded in Razorpay, then write to support@digielite.store with your payment ID. Do not pay twice for the same product without contacting us first.
No misuse of the store, no payment circumvention, no competing products built from these materials under DigiElite or product branding.
These are educational and planning resources; results depend on your effort. No guarantee of income, growth, or any specific outcome is made. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
